Project headboard – completed! I’m so pleased with how this looks and feels, and it was really quite simple to do. I had a few teething problems with the staple gun, but with a little help … I managed to get it all done. My first ever excursion into upholstery!
After just over a month of knitting every day … it’s finally finished! My magnificent blanket. I’m really pleased with how its turned out. My next project is to recover the headboard of my bed. I’m hoping to get that done tomorrow … keep watching this space!
I’m not known for my staying power when it comes to completing knitting projects, so to get to the stage of only having 60 more rows to knit to finish my blanket is really exciting! Watch this space for the completed blanket reveal.
